Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Plans, directs evaluates and coordinates all aspects of the operations for Plant Operations for Bartow Regional Medical Center. Demonstrates support of the Mission, Core Values and Standards of Excellence. Responsible for the enhancement, quality improvement, equipment evaluation, department design, human resource management, financial performance and maintaining standards of care. Assures compliance with federal and state regulatory agencies. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education: BS preferred. Five years relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
Experience: 5 yrs experience in Hospital based Plant Operations management experience required. Knowledgeable of computer/software applications and experienced with process improvement methodologies. Demonstration excellent communication and customer service skills.
