Employment Eligibility:
The Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1986 requires this facility to insure that all employees, upon being hired, complete and I-9 Form. This form mandates visual proof of certain documents, which must be presented to the Human Resources Department within three (3) business days after employment. Failure to provide the appropriate documentation will result in termination of employment.

Employment Screening:
Bartow Regional Medical Center is committed to providing a safe and productive work environment for our employees. As such, each applicant to whom an offer of employment is extended will be required as a condition of employment to consent to drug screening. Applicants are asked to read the policy and sign a consent form prior to the drug screening.

Certification, Registration & Licensure:
If you are a professionally registered, certified, or licensed employee, you will be required to maintain a current certificate, registration or license as required by the State of Florida. Upon employment, you must submit proof of your current certificate, registration or license to Human Resources. In addition, you will be required to monitor the expiration date and renew the license, registration or certificate in a timely manner. If the employee allows the license, etc., to expire, the employee will be removed from the schedule.
