Admitting/Outpatient Registration Office is open
from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Before or after those hours you may go to the
ER Registration Office which is open 24 hours
a day 7 days a week. All patient’s need
to bring the following items to expedite your
Registration process:
- Doctor’s written or printed order with
Diagnosis (unless ER patient)
- Drivers License
- Insurance Card
