ONE CALL SCHEDULING DEPARTMENT
One Call Scheduling is a convenient way to make an appointment for one or more tests, exams or procedures at Bartow Regional Medical Center. Call the Scheduling line at 863-519-1406, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

You need a doctor’s written or printed order with the diagnosis for your test/procedure. Please have that available when you call to schedule your test for any questions the scheduler may have.

One Call Scheduling will also give you instructions on what you will need to do to prepare for your test. Please make sure that you understand the instructions given. If you don’t fully understand , or you think of another question after you hang up, please call again and ask the scheduler to clarify the instructions. The Scheduling department will also verify your insurance for you and give you a call with your estimated deductible and coinsurance.
